Since I left Germany I've lost 22 pounds! That's right people. I'm shedding the pounds.
What am I doing to shed all these pounds? I cut carbs, drastically. NO, I did not cut all carbs- I'm Italian. I could never, not have pasta. Plus, I just decided life isn't worth living without all carbs, all the time. Also, my job is very physically demanding in nature-- so that definitely helps.
I'm really wanting to lose another 20-30 pounds. Unfortunately I have started to plateau. Any suggestions?

Good for you! I think when watching my food I eat a little less pasta, but I definitely couldn't cut it all out. Moderation is the key. :-)
As for your plateau, could you add exercise to jump start your body or anything? More than anything I hope you feel good and good about yourself!
Way to go!! I wish I could slim down ... I love carbs too ... hence my lunch at Panera today! haha... I think cardio will be the trick to keep cutting.
I agree with Kate, adding extra physical exercise might help burn the extra calories you need to jump past the plateau. I know you have a physically demanding job as it is though,
That's incredible!!
Wow, that's so awesome!
At least 64 ounces of water per day, 3 cups of green tea per day (helps with burning fat), don't eat sugar (like fruit or carbs) after 2 pm. Hope that helps you out a little. I know it doesn't sounds like much but it really helps!
Wine ALLLL the time: )
Do you go to they gym? Even 15 extra minutes of intense cardio will help! And it doesn't have to be in a gym, You can do things like jump rope or a mix of different things in your home! That will most likely help you're plateau!
Also, keep hydrated, I like to chug a glass of water before eating a meal, it fills you up so you don't eat more than you should!l
Also, make sure you're eating enough protein, because that will help you burn more calories!
Good luck: )
Great job hun! You're rocking this! :) I second Kate -- maybe add some exercise, or DIFFERENT exercise to hit muscles that haven't been targeted in the past :)
Great job! I have no advice just encouragement. You can do it :)
Awesome job on the weight loss! The only thing I can suggest is if you're working out change it up. Try different workouts so different muscles are being worked
That's so awesome!!! Congrats!
